The Ortofon 2M Mono is specially designed for the authentic playback of mono records. The bare spherical diamond with an 18 µm tracking radius fits perfectly into the wider grooves of old mono pressings. Only lateral movements are picked up—noise and vertical crosstalk are eliminated. Output voltage 4 mV. Recommended tracking force 1.8 g. For all vinyl collectors with a large mono collection.
