Return Policy Information
Soundtrade.ch offers a limited right of return.
We thank you for your understanding that items cannot be returned in all cases. Our return conditions follow standard Swiss e-commerce practices and take into account the specific nature of audio, hi-fi, DJ, and studio products.
Below you will find the applicable conditions as well as information regarding incorrect or defective items.
1. Unrestricted Return Right
A return is generally possible when the product is returned in its original unopened and undamaged packaging, the receipt of the goods is not older than 14 calendar days, and the item was in stock at the time of order.
In such cases, the full purchase price will be refunded.
2. Limited Return Right
A return may be accepted after inspection by our customer service if the original packaging has been opened or slightly damaged, the product is unused and shows no signs of wear, and all accessories are included. The return is also subject to a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receipt.
In such cases, the refund corresponds to the purchase price minus a reasonable deduction, typically 20% or a minimum of CHF 10.–.
3. No Return Right
No return right applies to products that have been used or show signs of use, items without original packaging or missing accessories, as well as opened consumables or hygiene products such as in-ear headphones or microphones with direct contact.
Also excluded are software, licenses, or digital content with a broken seal, licenses delivered by email or downloads, items beyond the return period, as well as custom-configured or specially ordered products.
4. Return of Goods
Returns must include the delivery note or proof of purchase and must be sent exclusively to the return address provided by customer service.
Returns are generally made at the customer’s expense and risk. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Coverage of Return Costs by Soundtrade.ch
Return shipping costs are covered by Soundtrade.ch in the following cases: receipt of an incorrect or unordered item, defective product upon delivery (DOA), incomplete delivery, or incorrect or misleading product description in the online shop.
6. Warranty
Regardless of the above return conditions, statutory warranty rights under Swiss law remain fully applicable.
